How we work

Experienced people, supported by practical automation.

Our principals lead the work, supported by senior engineers and agentic workflows for triage, monitoring, verification, and documentation. We define human controls at the start of each engagement so your team knows who reviews findings and approves changes.

What the agents do

Triage tickets, check backup results, support restore testing, and monitor patch levels, certificates, and access lists. Prepare documentation for engineer review.

What the humans do

Set priorities with your leadership team. Review findings, negotiate vendor contracts, and approve changes. A named principal remains accountable for delivery.

What you see

A record of completed work, open findings, and next steps. Monthly reports include supporting records so you can see what changed and what still needs attention.

Automation reduces repetitive work and gives our engineers more time for investigation, implementation, and review. Your engagement defines the scope, delivery responsibilities, and fee.

Experience applied to daily operations

Our principals bring experience from prior roles at AT&T, Kaiser Permanente, Google Health, McKesson, and Stanford, alongside enterprise IT and software delivery. Current work includes service desk operations, EMR modernization, backup verification, and privacy programs. We use that experience to choose methods your team can operate and maintain.

How we control the work

PHI stays inside covered systems

Patient data is handled only within BAA-covered infrastructure. Agents operate under least-privilege access, and nothing clinical leaves the boundary for convenience.

Senior review before delivery

A senior engineer reviews agent findings, reports, and proposed changes before delivery or implementation. Human controls define the approval required for each workflow.

Monthly reports with supporting records

Restore tests, audit artifacts, policy approvals, and closed findings — the monthly report includes the records behind the work.

Senior engineers, accountable to the principals

Senior Bay Area engineers provide additional delivery capacity. The principals set the scope, review their work, and remain your point of accountability.

Funding options alongside the roadmap

The IT & Security Snapshot includes a funding map to help community health centers identify grant programs relevant to their roadmap. It covers potential uses, eligibility, and application windows. Grant funding support is available as a separate engagement; eligibility and awards depend on the program.
