Quarterly inventory refresh, incident and complaint handling on call, policy maintenance, and a monthly evidence packet in the same format as our operations reports. Scoped at two to four days a month.

In the introductory conversation, we’ll discuss your priorities, the systems or workflows involved, and the people needed for the work. The engagement agreement confirms the scope, responsibilities, fee, and timeline before work begins.

- Agree on access, inputs, and client responsibilities.
