Scope and deliverables
An evaluation protocol you can rerun: test cases, acceptance thresholds, failure modes, language and population coverage. A workflow-fit finding that shows where the tool changes who decides what. A contract and data-rights review covering training-data use, de-identification claims, subprocessors, breach terms, and model-change notice. A written go, go with conditions, or no. Second and third vendors in a batch are $6,500 each.
Confirm the fit before starting
In the introductory conversation, we’ll discuss your priorities, the systems or workflows involved, and the people needed for the work. The engagement agreement confirms the scope, responsibilities, fee, and timeline before work begins.
- Identify the decisions the engagement needs to support.
- Agree on access, inputs, and client responsibilities.
- Confirm the deliverables and how they will be reviewed.
- Identify any specialist or implementation work that requires separate scope.
